The business coaching services provided under this engagement are entirely distinct from business advisory and consulting services and finance broking services. This engagement does not cover credit assistance, loan applications, financial product advice, accounting, taxation, or legal services.
Where business advisory and consulting services are required, these are provided under a separate advisory engagement. Where finance broking services are required, these are provided under a separate broking engagement governed by licensing requirements under QED Credit Services Pty Ltd ACL 387856. Clients requiring accounting, taxation, legal, or financial product advice are encouraged to engage qualified professionals independently.
Professional Capacity Disclosure
Yasmine Shah operates in three distinct professional capacities:
- Business Coaching (This Agreement): Educational and capability-building services provided under this Business Finance Coaching Agreement. Coaching is distinct from advisory and consulting and is governed by this separate agreement.
- Business Advisory and Consulting (Separate Agreement): Business strategy, operational, people, culture, pricing, and performance advisory and consulting services. This does not constitute credit assistance, financial product advice, accounting, legal, or tax advice.
- Finance Broking (Separate Engagement): Credit assistance and loan applications provided as Authorised Credit Representative No. 540047 under QED Credit Services Pty Ltd ACL 387856. Broking services require a separate engagement and are governed by NCCP obligations including Best Interests Duty.
